This Approved Code of Practice provides practical guidance on regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006, in effect from Autumn 2006. It re-issues substantively unchanged, the guidance in an earlier Code of Practice (L127 0717623823) which this code replaces. In particular it applies to those who have responsibilities for the maintenance and repair of non-domestic premises where asbestos-containing materials are or are likely to be present in those premises.
