Free Stress Indicator Tool
The Stress Indicator Tool is available for free to organisations who want to use the tool for a maximum of 50 employees. Simply visit the link below and follow the instructions on screen to create your survey.
NOTE: The Tool will not work if you have less than 10 responses - this is to protect anonymity of the responder. If you have less than 10 employees, we would encourage you to use the Stress Talking Toolkitslink opens in a new window instead.
Please read/watch the demonstration videos and guides below before creating an account to familiarise yourself with the Tool.
For those who require a larger licence, please contact us.
Start using the Free Stress Indicator Toollink opens in a new window (opens in new window).
By signing up to the Stress Indicator Tool you accept the terms and conditions (PDF).
*As stated in section 4 of the Ts and Cs. You can only use the Tool based on the parameters of the licence purchased or obtained. This applies to the free version too, meaning you can only use it once per organisation per year. Running multiple surveys for a single organisation is in breach of the terms and conditions, and isn't effective using this version of the tool. If clear that you have a need to run multiple surveys, we'll contact you to discuss moving onto the full premium version. This will help you go beyond the limitations of the free tool in order to effectively assess the risk of Work-related Stress across your organisation.*
We provide a range of supporting resources to support you using the Tool.

Analyse

Once a minimum of 10 responses have been collected, it summarises the views and experiences of your employees and provides recommendations for future improvements. The video provides a demonstration of how to analyse and compare responses using the system.

Moving forward
The final stage of the process is to continually review and evaluate.
